Unless you are brought to the hospital in an emergency situation, your doctor has made advance arrangements for your admission to Reynolds Memorial Hospital. Throughout the admissions process, you will be asked many questions that are necessary to complete your personal hospital record. You should present your insurance identification card(s), insurance form(s) and any advance directives to the admitting clerk at the time of your admission. Reynolds Memorial Hospital is an approved Medicare provider and is an approved provider for most area insurance providers. |
